We want you to love your semi-custom wig! If there are any issues with fit, color, or style, contact us within 7 days of receiving your wig, and we’ll make it right.
Fit & Color Adjustments: We’ll work with you to adjust the cap size or color if necessary.
Store Credit: If you’re not satisfied, we offer store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
Case-by-Case Returns: Returns or partial returns are handled individually based on the issue.
Eligibility:
Wigs must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days.

Yes! We accept exchanges on all hairpieces. We don’t accept exchanges on hair products.

We do accept returns on wigs, toppers and bangs within 7 business days of receiving your unit. We will ask for a photo of the extra lace on your wig still intact prior to accepting the return. We do charge a restocking fee for returns.

It is a small charge applied to returned items, which helps us cover costs that aren’t refundable such as:
-Shipping and insurance

-Processing fees.
Without this fee, we’d need to increase prices substantially. By charging a restock fee, we keep our prices low for you.
We charge a 10% restocking fee on returned orders.
